Biography
I am currently the manager of Tucson Electric Power's Resource Planning Department. We develop IRP and conduct other long-term studies. Prior to starting TEP in 2016, I worked for about 8 years as a project manager for the Western Climate Initiative, helping to develop and implement policies for a regional GHG trading market.
